blogging about your problems is not wrong.

i’m very tired of seeing people on my dashboard receive rude messages about how their problems are not legitimate, that they can’t really be that sad if they’re blogging about it, that they can’t really want to commit suicide if they’re blogging about it, that talking about their problems on their blog is attention-seeking, that they’re stupid because how dare they want sympathy when someone else is “worse off.”

everyone handles things differently.

you may not feel that blogging about your problems is helpful, but for others, it can be. if you expect everyone to work the way you do, you need to get over your superiority complex and learn a thing or two about people. we are all different in so many ways and not everyone wants to sacrifice who they are to please you. two people can experience the same event and react in completely different ways, and neither of them are wrong.
